I have the right to turn down any commission that makes me uncomfortable or is outside of my skill level.
I begin drawing AFTER I receive payment.
Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A deadline will cost you an extra charge depending on the amount of working days it gives me. (typical commissions will take about a month, for every day under a month it will be +$10)
Revisions during the sketching phase are free of charge, during the lining or coloring phase will cost $15 per revision, revisions after that will cost $30 per revision. If I find that you are excessively revising then it will cost you $40 per revision regardless of drawing phase. (excessive revisions = 10+ revisions)
YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING MY ART FOR AI TRAINING, AI REPRODUCTION, AI REFERENCING, OR ANY OTHER USE INVOLVING AI.
YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM REMOVING MY @ FROM YOUR COMMISSIONS, REPOSTING YOUR COMMISSIONS WITHOUT CREDIT, CLAIMING MY WORK AS YOUR OWN, AND POSTING PROGRESS SHOTS.
Using your commission as a banner or icon is okay with proper credit in your bio / description / having my @ in clear view on the banner or icon.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I retain all artistic rights, including the rights to use completed commissions for self-promotion. Customers DO NOT have the right to use my work for commercial purposes, including: merchandising, printing, and selling as an NFT, or crypto.

Prices are listed in USD.Cost varies depending on character design and background complexity. Complex props may also cost extra.If you request a pride flag as a background, prop, or on a reference sheet I will choose the version. If you dislike the version I chose then I will have to kindly ask you to not include it or choose a different background. I refuse to use offensive flags or flags made by dubious individuals.

Portrait commissions are fully lined and shaded and will typically feature transparent, solid color, gradient, or pride flag backgrounds. If a background is not chosen it will be transparent by default.For scenic backgrounds choose the illustration option.

Illustration
Illustration style commissions are fully lined, colored, shaded, and refined drawings featuring scenic backgrounds. Extra care is put into making these look good so the time needed to make them is longer than other options.

Reference Sheet
Reference Sheet style commissions are custom-made references for either OCs or canon characters with descriptive text and color swatches. They will not be shaded and will only feature a grey background.If their alternate form is too complex I may ask that you either commission a separate sheet for it or remove it entirely.An alternate form is like a werewolf or dragon form or similar, NOT an alternate outfit. Alternate outfits should be commissioned separately.
